We offer physical exams for work, school or for your annual wellness. For non-emergent needs you can request a virtual visit. Connect with a provider through a HIPAA compliant platform for a telemedicine encounter as your schedule allows. The provider will review your request and either confirm appointment or contact you for more information. Virtual Visits are ideal for non-emergent illnesses or problems such as the following:

Please note, all services at Novel Choice Health are cash-based only. We are not credentialed with medical insurance companies. The cost of a sick visit is $200 per hr, broken down into $50 per 15 minutes for in-person and video visits. Make payment to reserve your spot and begin your visit.
